These terms cover use of Shout!, a Google Chat app and website operated by NimbusXR ("we"). By installing or using Shout! you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
Shout! notifies Google Chat spaces when someone writes a !name. It depends on Google Chat and Google Workspace, which we don't control; if Google changes or withdraws what apps can do, Shout! may change with it.
The free plan is free. Paid plans are billed per organization, monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe. You can change or cancel at any time from the Account page; a cancellation or downgrade takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Don't use Shout! to harass people, to send unsolicited messages to organizations that haven't installed it, or to overload it on purpose. We may pause a space or an organization that does.
What we store and why is in the privacy policy. Your messages stay yours; we don't store them.
We work to keep Shout! running but don't promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what your organization paid us in the previous twelve months.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this website in advance.
